The Product Data grid contains shortcuts that allows you to access more information about the product.
Click the Menu icon at the top of the screen
2. Click Product Data and select a product group
3. All grid shortcuts are viewed as blue links on the grid.
Clicking a link will display more information regarding what was clicked on.
Grid Shortcuts Include:
Model Number - Displays detailed product information including features, documents, videos, specs, images, rebates, competitors, extended service contracts, related items, from the manufacturer, levels, stock RDC, price roadmaps, and financing information.
MAP (Manufacturer Advertised Pricing) - Displays the manufacturer advertised price as well as a price roadmap showing price history and possible future pricing.
Rebate Value - Displays rebate start and end dates, rebate value, rebate details and status.
Rebate statuses include:
Green - Active
Red - Expired
Yellow - Coming Up
OHO (On Hand) - Inventory on hand to sell and purchase.
OHA (On Hand - Allocations) - On hand inventory minus what has been currently allocated for orders.
OHAO (On Hand - Allocations + On Order) - On hand inventory, including on order products, minus what has currently been allocated.
Allocated - Inventory allocated for previous orders.
On Order - Inventory that is on order from the vendor.
Competitor Pricing - Competitor pricing and product specifications.
