RPS Column Names and Definitions

The following list are the titles of the columns in the RPS screen. Next to each title is the description of what the column represents. The list is sorted alphabetically.

Allocated – This is the inventory that has been assigned to a specific sales order.

Best Buy – Here is where the Best Buy competitive pricing is found from their website.

Color – This is the color of the appliance per the manufacturer.

Home Depot – Here is where the Home Depot Competitive pricing is found from their website.

KitchenAid – This is where the Kitchen Aid competitive pricing is found from their website.

Lowes – This is where Lowes competitive pricing is found from their website.

Manufacturer – This is the manufacturer name for the product.

MAP – Minimum Advertised Price – This comes from the manufacturer MAP price sheet.

Maytag – This is where Maytag competitive pricing is found from their website.

Model – This is the model number as it is setup in the HomeSource system.

MSRP – Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price – This comes from the Manufacturer’s price sheet when available.

MVP – Most Valuable Product – MVP items are on the Manufacturers Plan to Sell with availability of more than five, and have either a rebate, IR, or trailing credit.

MVP Dates – This is where start and end dates for MVP products would be if temporary.

Net Avail – This is the sum of the available inventory after On Hand – Allocated.

On Hand (OHA) – On Hand = Net Available

On Hand (OHAO) – On Hand – Allocated = Net Available

On Hand (OHO) – On Hand – Allocated + On Order = Net Available

On Order – This is the quantity on Purchase Orders that has not been received.

PC Richard – This is where PC Richard competitive pricing is found from their website.

Rebate Value – This is where a link to a rebate form will be if the model qualifies for a rebate

REP Cost - This is the Replacement cost of the model if setup

REP Salesperson Cost – This is a cost raised by a % of REP Cost.

Replacement Model – If a model discontinues, this where the replacement model can be found if entered in the system.

RM-MAP – This is the margin percentage based on the MAP price and REP Cost.

Short Description – This is a basic description of the product.

Status – This is where you can see if the product is current or not if the information is entered in the HomeSource System.

UMRP – Unilateral Minium Retail Price – This comes from the Manufacturer’s UMRP Price Sheet.

UP 1 - 7 – Upload - This is a special price column that a dealer can upload special pricing specific to their store.

Website Regular Price – This is a retail price that will show on your website. It can be based on MSRP, or you can setup a formula to show a regular price that was increased from a specific price column.

Website Sale Price – This is the retail price you want to sell the product for.

Website Special – This is a special price that is different than the Regular or Website Sale price.

Whirlpool - This is where Whirlpool competitive pricing is found from their website.

ADC (Appliance Dealers Coop) Specific Columns

ADC Brand – This is the name of a brand as it is in the ADC system.

ADC Category – This is the product category as it is setup in the ADC system.

ADC Model – This is the Model # as it is setup in the ADC system.

Avail – This is the available inventory to order on a specific model number.

BG Cost – Buy Group Cost – This is the product cost price as listed with the ADC

BG Cost – EOMs – This is a math formula subtracting the EOM (End of Month) discount from the BG Cost.

BG Salesperson Cost – This is a cost that is formulated from the BG Cost.

Bonus Buys – This is a special deal purchased by the Buy Group.

BRY – This is an ADC Warehouse Location. This will show in your columns if you have permission to see this warehouse.

EOM 1 – End of Month – This is a trailing credit that ADC members will receive at the end of the month based on the purchase of products that EOMs attached.

EOM 1 Dates – EOMs are temporary trailing credits. This column shows the start and end date of the EOM.

EOM 2 – There are times where there could be 2 EOMs for a model. This column is for the 2nd EOM.

EOM 2 Dates - EOMs are temporary trailing credits. This column shows the start and end date of the EOM.

EOM 3 - There are times where there could be 3 EOMs for a model. This column is for the 3rd EOM.

EOM 3 Dates - EOMs are temporary trailing credits. This column shows the start and end date of the EOM.

HAR – Harrisburg - This is an ADC Warehouse Location. This will show in your columns if you have permission to see this warehouse.

IR 1 – Instant Rebate – This column is for a credit that the dealer will receive off their invoice immediately.

IR1 End - IRs are temporary instant credits. This column shows the start and end date of the IR.

IR2 - There are times where there could be 2 IRs for a model. This column is for the 2nd IR.

IR2 End - IRs are temporary instant credits. This column shows the start and end date of the 2nd IR.

MME – Market Merch Funds – These are merchandising funds that become available from time to time to assist with marketing costs for your store when selling a specific model. This is normally a trailing credit from the buy group.

MME Dates – These funds are temporary. This column has the start and end date of these funds.

MON – Monroe - This is an ADC Warehouse Location. This will show in your columns if you have permission to see this warehouse.

PIT – Pittsburgh - This is an ADC Warehouse Location. This will show in your columns if you have permission to see this warehouse.

PO BRY – This column shows the Purchase Orders from the buy group for this specific model from this warehouse.

PO HAR – Harrisburg - This column shows the Purchase Orders from the buy group for this specific model from this warehouse.

PO MON – Monroe - This column shows the Purchase Orders from the buy group for this specific model from this warehouse.

PO PIT – Pittsburgh - This column shows the Purchase Orders from the buy group for this specific model from this warehouse.

Show SPA – Show Special Allowance – This is a trailing credit that is available when you purchase a specific model at the Buy Fairs.

Show SPA Dates – Show SPAs are temporary – This column shows the start and end date for this trailing credit.

NEAG Specific Columns

BG Avail – Buy Group Available – This shows the inventory available at NEAG after any request to purchase.

BG Net Cost – Buy Group Net Cost – This is the Buy Group Cost after any credits.

BG On Hand – Buy Group on Hand – This is the total inventory at NEAG.

BG On Order – Buy Group on Order – This is the quantity on specific model that is on order at NEAG.

BG Salesperson Cost – Buy Group Salesperson Cost – This is the cost that is created by the dealer from the BG Net Cost.

EOM Total – End of Month - End of Month – This is a trailing credit that NEAG members will receive at the end of the month based on the purchase of products that EOMs attached.

Freight – This is the cost for shipping product from NEAG to the dealer’s warehouse.

Future IR – Future Instant Rebate - This column is for a future credit that the dealer will receive off their invoice immediately.

IR Total – Instant Rebate Total - This column is for a credit that the dealer will receive off their invoice immediately.

L12 – Last 12 Months – This column shows how many pieces were purchased from NEAG in the last 12 months

Major – This column is a designator for product that is coded as major.

Minor – This column is a designator for product that is coded as minor.

MTD – Month to Date – This column shows how many pieces were purchased from NEAG in the last month.

NE Brand – This is the Brand name that is setup in the NEAG system.

NE Category – This is the category for products that are setup in the NEAG system.

NE MAP – Minimum Advertised Price – This is the MAP price that is in the NEAG system.

NE Sub-Brand – This is the secondary brands that are associated to the Main Brand in the NEAG system. Example: GE is the main brand, but Hotpoint is the sub-brand.

NE Type – This is the type for products that are setup in the NEAG system.

NE UMRP – Unilateral Minimum Retail Price – This is the UMRP that is setup in the NEAG System.

RM-NE – This the margin percentage between the retail price and the net cost in the NEAG system.

Sales Unit – This is the designator for type of unit in the NEAG system. Example: EA for each.

Sales Unit Size – This is the unit quantity setup in the NEAG system. Example: 1

Stockable – This designator is setup in the NEAG System to show whether the model is a normal stock item.

TC – Trade Cost – This is the dealer cost that is setup in the NEAG system.

TC-IR – Trade Cost – Instant Rebate – This is the dealer cost minus the Instant Rebate.

YTD – Year to Date - This column shows how many pieces were purchased from NEAG since the first of the year.
