Product detail gives a plethora of information concerning the product.
Click the Menu icon at the top of the screen
2. Click Product Data. Select a product group
3. Use filters (Brand, Category, Type, Search By field) to select a product
4. Click the model number to view product detail
5.Scroll down to view product detail tabs
Understanding the Product Detail Tabs:
Note: Blue links can be clicked and link to further information
Specs - Provides product specifications such as features, dimensions, color, UL certifications
Documents & Videos - Documents and videos can include a dimension guide, promotional video, instruction sheet, owners manual, and warranty information.
Rebates - Displays the name, description, values, start and end date, post mark date and status.
Click the View link to view rebate details
Click the Click for Value link for the value of the rebate
Rebate statuses include:
Green - Active
Red - Expired
Yellow - Coming Up
Competitors - Displays competitive pricing for the product. If website pricing does not match what is listed, click the Request Update button.
Click the competitor price to view online pricing and details.
Extended Service Contracts - Displays all available product extended service contracts.
From Manufacturer - Product detail information such as images, specifications, videos, documents and product tours directly from the manufacturer.
Levels - Pricing and price levels created for the product.
Stock - Displays on hand, in-transit, transfer, allocated, on order, net available stock availability, buying group availability (if applicable) and estimated time of arrival to the warehouse.
MFG RDC (Regional Distribution Center) - Shows MFG RDC stock availability (if applicable), target availability date and target delivery date.
Price Roadmap - Displays current MAP price, price history and future pricing.
Financing Info - Shows all currently running finance plans, their start and end date, promo rate and status.
Financing statuses include:
Green - Active
Red - Expired
Yellow - Coming Up
