Order Action Item Buttons Overview

Key Steps:

  1. Info Button (i):

    • Provides detailed information about the product in RPS.

  2. Badge Icon:

    • Used to sell an extended service contract.

  3. Note Icon:

    • Allows adding notes to the line item.

  4. Boxes Icon:

    • Check inventory stock status.

  5. Calculator Option:

    • Change price, view map, roadmap, or competitive pricing.

  6. Alternate Sales Associate:

    • Assign an additional salesperson to the line item for commission splitting.

  7. Allocation of Inventory Item:

    • Allocate a specific inventory item to the order.

  8. Trash Can Icon:

    • Delete the line item.

  9. Re-sort Button:

    • Enables reorganizing line items on a quote or order by dragging and dropping.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Miscellaneous items without stock have limited button options.

  • Non-inventory pieces do not have an info button, product details, or stock status.
