This feature will help you filter inventory based on these tags, making it easier to manage your stock. We demonstrate how to add a tag to a location and how to use it in the inventory section.
Adding Tags to Locations in Point-of-Sale Settings
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to add tags to locations within the point-of-sale settings to enhance inventory management.
Key Steps
Step 1: Access Point-of-Sale Settings 0:01
Navigate to the Point-of-Sale Settings.
Click on the Locations tab.
Step 2: Edit Location to Add Tag 0:12
Click the Edit button next to the location you wish to tag.
Locate the Location Tags section.
Step 3: Input Tag 0:26
Type in the desired tag (e.g., 'pickup only').
Press Enter to add the tag.
Step 4: Save Changes 0:39
Click the Save button to confirm the addition of the tag.

Go to the Menu and select Inventory.
Click on Advanced Filters.
Step 6: Filter Inventory by Tag 1:08
Find the Location Tags section in the filters.
Select the tag you added (e.g., 'pickup only') to view relevant inventory.
