Location based status flagging allows for you to set an auto status, a product’s sellable state and inventory tags for a location. Making all inventory when transferred to that location, match the profile you set forth. For example, all items in a certain section of the a floor may be deemed clearance items, so that any transfers to that location will automatically be marked as with the serial status of “clearance” in RPS.
Click Menu at the top of the screen
2. Click Point of Sale to expand the menu
3. Click Settings
4. Click the Locations tab
5. Click the Auto-Profile icon (gears)
6. Click the Edit button under the Action column
To change the Non-Sellable status, click the selection box under the Non-Sellable column, if applicable. Once selected the status will update to the opposite of what was originally displayed
Use the Select Serial Status drop down to select a serial status, if applicable
Use the Tags drop down to select a tag, if applicable
7. Click Update under the Action column
8. Click Done
Viewing Location Based Statuses:
Once the location’s status has been selected, any inventory stored in the location will have the selected status(es).

Click Inventory to expand the menu
Click Serial Inventory
Use filters (Brand, Product Group, Category, Type, Location, Warehouse Location, Search Field) to locate inventory
To view tags, click the black triangle to the left of the brand name
