All Location reporting in Gatekeeper

Updated over a month ago

In the following video, we explain the efficiency of the new "All Location" feature, allowing access to metrics for all locations in one view. No more selecting individual locations for reports, saving time and effort.

Accessing Metrics for All Locations

Key Steps

  1. Log into the Reporting System:

    • Open the reporting software using your designated login credentials.

    • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to view location metrics.

  2. Navigate to the Metrics Dashboard:

    • Locate the dashboard section of the software.

    • Familiarize yourself with the layout, specifically the areas designated for Scoreboard, Conversions, Rejections, and Traffic.

  3. Select the All Locations Feature:

    • Look for the option labeled "All Locations" on the dashboard.

    • Click on this feature to access a consolidated view of metrics for all locations.

  4. Review Metrics:

    • Analyze the displayed metrics for Scoreboard, Conversions, Rejections, and Traffic.

    • Take note of any trends or anomalies that may require further investigation.

  5. Document Findings:

    • Record any significant observations or metrics that need to be reported to your supervisor or team.

    • Use a standardized format for documentation to ensure clarity.

  6. Log Out:

    • After reviewing and documenting the necessary information, log out of the reporting system to maintain security.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that you are up to date with data as of October 2023; metrics may not reflect current performance if accessed after this date.

  • Double-check your permissions if you encounter issues accessing the all-location feature; contact IT support if necessary.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Schedule a specific time each week to review metrics to create consistency in data analysis.

  • Utilize keyboard shortcuts within the reporting software to navigate faster.

  • Share insights with team members during weekly meetings to foster collaboration and collective problem-solving.

  • Keep a running list of common questions or issues that arise during the process to streamline future training sessions.
