In this video, we’re excited to share that we’ve added a new filter to the Gatekeeper scoreboard that highlights missed ups. This feature is crucial for understanding when opportunities are lost, especially if all salespeople are occupied with customers. To access this filter, simply click on Gatekeeper, then the scoreboard, and navigate to the customer tab at the bottom.
