Gatekeeper - Reporting Area Overview

Objective:

To effectively navigate and utilize the reporting area of Gatekeeper to analyze data related to leads, quotes, orders, conversions, rejections, and traffic patterns.

Key Steps:

  1. Accessing Reporting Section:

    • Go to the menu.

    • Navigate to Gatekeeper.

    • Click on Reports.

  2. Scoreboard Area:

    • Set the location (e.g., Naples).

    • Expand the date range for data analysis.

    • Filter by individual salesperson or view all data.

    • Filter by leads, quotes, or orders.

    • Review rejections and reasons provided.

    • Filter down to transferred ups.

  3. Scorecard Section:

    • Analyze data including number of ups, conversions, conversion rate, ups value, feedbacks, skips, transfers, and rejections.

    • Data will adjust based on applied filters.

  4. Conversions Tab:

    • Set date range and filter by conversion type (leads, quotes, orders).

    • Filter by referral source and specific source.

    • Review sales conversions and access related quotes/orders/leads.

  5. Rejections Tab:

    • Understand reasons for rejections by salespeople.

    • Filter by all types or specific rejections.

    • Monitor rejection trends and address significant issues.

  6. Traffic Tab:

    • Set filters to view traffic patterns based on entry points.

    • Analyze data by weekends, specific days, hours, or day of the week.

    • Review door swings data for insights on customer flow.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Ensure proper filters are set to view accurate and relevant data.

  • Regularly monitor rejection trends to address potential issues.

  • Verify data accuracy before drawing conclusions.

  • Utilize filters effectively to focus on specific data points.
