When adding new models to RPS, you first want to make sure the model doesn’t already exist in RPS.
Click the Menu icon
Expand the Product Info section
Use filters and search tools to identify if the model already exists - Note: you may need to check to see if the model is obsoleted or maybe you are not subscribed to that brand
Once you have confirmed the model does not exist, you can create a new model
Click the +Appliances button at the top right of the screen - Note: if you are a Point of sale customer, you can click on the Inventory menu, choose Models Inventory and click the +Create Inventory Model button

Point of Sale Customer
Enter the model information needed - Note: make sure you fill in Manufacturer, Model, Short and long description. You should also add images and classification as well. (Note: image type should be “default”)
Click on the Save icon.
