Standard Operating Procedure for Using the AR Pay Screen
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to effectively use the AR Pay screen for managing accounts receivable payments, including how to identify invoices that need to be paid.
Key Steps
1. Accessing the AR Pay Screen 0:00
Navigate to the Accounts Receivable section.
Click on the AR Aging page to access the AR Pay screen.
2. Initiating a Payment 0:07
Locate the payment icon next to the account you wish to process.
Click the payment icon to open the payment entry interface.
3. Entering Payment Details 0:18
Input the payment amount in the designated field.
Click the 'Age' button to proceed.
4. Identifying Invoices to Pay 0:29
Review the newly added columns: Description and Customer PO.
The Description column reflects the description entered when creating the AR invoice.
The Customer PO column displays any Purchase Order information linked to the invoice.

To create a new AR invoice, click the AR invoice button.
Fill in the description field to ensure it appears in the Description column later.
