New Referrals Tab in Customer Inquiry Screen

In this video, we introduce the new Referrals tab in the Customer Inquiry screen under Point of Sale, which provides a centralized view of referral activity. To access it, simply go to the customer, click View, and then click Referrals. The Referred By tab displays order and quote referrals, including order numbers and referral details. The Referred To tab also shows quotes and orders with relevant information.

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to access and view referral activity in the Customer Inquiry screen under Point of Sale.

Key Steps

Accessing the Customer Inquiry Screen 0:00

  • Navigate to the Customer Inquiry screen located under the Point of Sale section.

  • Locate the Referrals tab to view referral activity.

Viewing Referral Activity 0:10

  • Select the customer you wish to view.

  • Click on the 'View' button.

  • Click on the 'Referrals' option to access the referral details.

Understanding the Referred By Tab 0:24

  • In the Referrals section, locate the 'Referred By' tab.

  • This tab displays:

    • Order referrals

    • Quote referrals

    • Information including:

      • Order number

      • Referral customer

      • Referral type.

Understanding the Referred To Tab 0:33

  • Switch to the 'Referred To' tab.

  • This tab shows:

    • Quotes and orders

    • Information including:

      • Order number

      • Name of the customer.
