Key Steps
Open the Pocket Scan App
Launch the Pocket Scan application on your device.
Select the Current Location
Choose the option labeled "In Warehouse" to indicate that you are currently in the warehouse environment.
Set the Pick Location
The app will default to the regular pick location. If you are not using a specific pick location, you can skip this step.
Choose the Destination Location
Select the destination for the item. For example, if you are moving an item to the sales floor, click on "Sales Floor."
Scan the Item Tag
Locate the item you wish to transfer and scan its tag using the Pocket Scan app. This will register the item's ID in the system.
Confirm the Transfer
After scanning, verify that the app reflects the item has been moved to the new location (e.g., Sales Floor).
Physically Move the Item
Ensure that the physical item is moved to the new location as indicated in the app. This step is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records.
