Reporting for All Ups Events in Gatekeeper

In this video, we’re excited to share our new Gatekeeper report that provides a comprehensive view of each up for a specified time period. It includes the status of the up and any attached notes, which will significantly streamline our process. To access the report, just navigate to Gatekeeper, then reports, and click on the events tab.

Viewing a Report for Up Status

Key Steps

Step 1: Access Gatekeeper 0:13

  • Open the Gatekeeper application.

  • Navigate to the 'Reports' section.

Step 2: Select Events Tab 0:13

  • Click on the 'Events' tab to view available reports.

Step 3: Choose Location and Date Range 0:13

  • Select the desired location from the dropdown menu.

  • Set the date range for the report (e.g., choose 'last month').

Step 4: Review the Report 0:31

  • The report will display:

    • Each UP

    • Time of the event

    • Salesperson involved

    • Status of the UP

    • Any attached notes (if available).

Step 5: Utilize Filters 0:39

  • Use the filters to search by:

    • Specific salesperson

    • Specific status of the UP.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access the reports in Gatekeeper.

  • Double-check the date range to ensure accurate reporting.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Familiarize yourself with the filter options to quickly find specific UPs.

  • Regularly check the reports to stay updated on UP statuses.
