The quick receive option is somewhat of a hybrid approach for scanning your inventory into the system. While you do not need a scanner to use this option, you may find it more useful if you have a keyboard wedge scanner. If your goal is to use the PocketScan app, this is not the solution for you.
Click Menu at the top of the screen
2. Click Purchase Orders. Click Quick Receive
3. Select a location from the Location drop down
4. Enter the inventory ID in the Inventory Id field
NOTE: Inventory ID, manufacturer serial number, and run number can be found on your purchase order labels. Serial number and Manufacturer run number will not appear until model and serial have been allocated
5. Enter the manufacturer serial number in the MFG Serial Number field
6. Enter the manufacturer run number in the MFG Run Number field
Click the Submit button
7. Affix your label to the appropriate box and scan your products into inventory
8. Repeat for each product being received
