Key Steps:

  1. Open the service schedule in the scheduling system.

  2. Locate the service request or delivery order that needs to be locked.

  3. Click on the "lock" button to prevent changes to the order.

  4. Once locked, the order details cannot be modified, rescheduled, or adjusted.

  5. To unlock the order, click on the "unlock" button (based on permissions) to make the fields editable again.
