Click the Menu icon
2. Expand the Point of Sale menu
3. Click Service Request
4. Click Service Request Report tab
Searching by Date:
To locate existing service request by date, use the Date Field drop down and Date Range filter
Searching by Technician:
To search by technician, click the Technicians drop down arrow and select the technician
Searching Using Additional Filters:
To search using additional filters, click the Add Filters button
To clear filters click the Clear Filters button
Additional Filter Criteria Includes:
Warranty Company
Warranty Status
Location
Models
Category
Manufacturer
Customer Type
Service Associate
Sales Tags
On Order
Searching Using Service Request Status:
To search using service request statuses, click the status to sort the report
5. Once the service request has been found, click the View Service Request icon (eyeball) to view the service request
Or click the triangle to the left of the service request number to view warranty and trip information
