Past-Due Service Requests Status

Updated over 3 weeks ago

In this video, we introduce a new status on the service request report called "past service date," which helps us track service requests that have not been completed by their scheduled date. To view these past service requests, simply navigate to Point of Sale, click on Service Requests, and then access the Service Request Report. This feature is designed to ensure we can complete in-progress service tickets and submit any necessary warranty paperwork promptly.
