Service Request Report

The following video discusses utilizing the service request report. The video explores accessing the service request report, filtering options, the search box, service request statuses, viewing a service request.

The Service Request Report

  1. From the Point of Sale menu, navigate to Reports and open the Service Request Report.

  2. Use the available filters to narrow your results:

    • Select the appropriate Date Field (such as Trip Date, Service Request Date, or Service Created Date).

    • Enter a Date Range.

    • Filter by Assigned Technician.

    • Filter by Warranty status.

    • Select a Location.

    • Filter by Manufacturer.

    • Enter a Model Number, if applicable.

  3. Use the Search box to quickly locate a specific service request. You can search using:

    • Customer name

    • Model number

    • Service request number

    • Other searchable information related to the service request

  4. Use the Status buttons at the top of the report to display service requests by their current status. For example:

    • Service Requested

    • In Progress

    • Completed

    • Other available statuses, such as Canceled, if applicable

  5. Apply any combination of filters, search criteria, and status selections to locate the desired service request.

  6. Once you find the correct service request, click View to open and review its details.

Tip: The Service Request Report displays all service requests in one place—including new, in-progress, completed, and canceled requests—making it easy to locate a request using filters, search, or status buttons.
