Gatekeeper Program General Settings Configuration

Objective

To configure the general settings of the Gatekeeper program effectively.

Key Steps

  1. Accessing Settings:

    • Go to the menu.

    • Navigate to Gatekeeper.

    • Select Settings.

  2. General Settings Tab:

    • Set Timeout Time (30, 60, 90, or 120 seconds).

    • Configure Conversion Options based on your preference.

    • Save changes by clicking the save general settings button.

    • Customize Rejection Options and set actions accordingly.

    • Update changes after configuring rejection options.

  3. Cameras Tab:

    • Add cameras to the system.

    • Coordinate with the HomeSource team during setup.

    • Configure camera settings, including push notifications, working hours, and closed days.

    • Organize cameras by location if applicable.

  4. Lineups Tab:

    • Add users to the Up system by selecting plus user.

    • Ensure all users in the Up system are listed and marked as active.

    • Remove users who are no longer part of the system by selecting delete.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure to save changes in the General Settings tab to apply configurations.

  • Coordinate with the HomeSource team for camera setup to avoid data connection issues.

  • Regularly update the user list in the Lineups tab to maintain an accurate system.
