Access the Quote or Order: Open the quote or order where you want to add or remove an extended service contract.
Add Extended Service Contract:
Click on the badge for extended service contracts on the line you want to add the contract to.
A screen with recommended service contracts will appear. You can uncheck the recommended box to view all available contracts.
Select the desired extended service contract by clicking on it.
Review the sale price and adjust if necessary.
Click "Apply" to add the contract.
Save the quote or order to finalize the addition.
View and Print:
Check the extended service contract icon to ensure it is red, indicating it has been added but not saved.
Save the quote or order to turn the icon green, indicating the contract has been successfully added.
Check the total box to verify the service contract total amount.
Print the quote or order to view the extended service contract details in a separate section.
Remove Extended Service Contract:
Click on the extended service contract badge.
To remove the contract, click on the delete option.
Save the quote or order to confirm the removal of the contract.
