When scanning physical inventory, you can live view the statuses of each scan in the system.
Click Menu at the top of the screen
Click Inventory. Click Physical Inventory
Click the View button assigned to the run you are examining
Physical Inventory Status Definitions:
Good Scan - Information regarding the scanned item is correct.
Bad Scan - Scanned information does not match product information (ex: wrong location). A bad scan can be acknowledged by clicking Bad Scan and removed from the run.
Pending - The item is waiting to be scanned.
Corrected - Information has been corrected from a bad scan by auto transferring the item.
Physical Inventory Pie Chart:
The inventory pie chart gives a snapshot of the completion of the inventory run and a breakdown by scanned category
To view the percentage completed, hover your cursor over the scanned category
