Leads are a great way of capturing customer information that might lead to a quote or order. The E-Commerce Inquiries screen allows you to create a lead directly from the inquiry.
Click Menu at the top of the screen
2. Click E-Commerce to expand the menu
3. Click Inquiries
4. Under the Action column, click +Create attached to the inquiry
5. Select Lead
6. Enter detailed lead information. Click Save
