Editing the Status of a Lead

Lead statuses display where the lead is in the cycle of being converted to a quote or order. Lead statuses default to Lead Created, Engaged, Nurturing, Unqualified and Converted, but can be edited, added to or deactivated.

NOTE: Lead Created, Unqualified and Converted are unchangeable and must remain in the lead cycle. Any created statuses will fall between Lead Created and Unqualified and will be in the order they are created.

  1. Click Menu at the top of the screen

2. Click Point of Sale to expand the menu

3. Click Reports

4. Click Leads

Adding Statuses:

  • To add a status click +Status

  • Enter the status name in the Status field

  • A default lead score can be added to a status to automatically add a convert percentage. Add a default lead score by entering a percent in the Default Lead Score field.

NOTE: A default lead score will override a previous manually entered lead score, if the lead is moved to that status.

  • Click Update under the Action column

Editing Statuses:

  • To edit a status, click the Edit button under the Action column

  • Make your revisions. Click Update

Deactivating Statuses:

  • Deactivating a status will remove it from the leads statuses

  • To deactivate a status, click the Deactivate button under the Action column
