Bulk Assigning Service Orders

If service orders have been scheduled, but the need arise to move those from one tech to another, you now have the option to bulk re-assign the servicer request.

  1. Click Menu at the top of the screen

2. Click Scheduler to expand the menu

3. Click Service

4. Use filters (Service Date, Search By, Locations, Technician) to locate and view service orders

5. Check the selection box(es) attached to the service order(s)

6. Click Assign at the bottom of the screen

7. To assign the technician to the order, click the Assign button attached to the technician, under the Action column

NOTE: Make note of the number of available stops when selecting a technician.
