In the following video we discuss assigning a technician to a service request that has been scheduled but not yet assigned to a technician in the delivery schedule. Key Steps

  1. Access the service schedule where the unscheduled service requests are visible.

  2. Identify the service requests that are not assigned to a technician by looking for trucks with different colors or using the technician dropdown menu.

  3. Check off the unscheduled service request that needs to be assigned to a technician.

  4. Click on the "Assign" button that appears after selecting the service request.

  5. Choose the technician from the list provided.

  6. Repeat the process for each unscheduled service request, assigning them to available technicians as needed.

  7. Verify that all service requests now have a technician assigned by checking the delivery schedule.
