SOP: Adding Tags and Quick Actions in Sales Orders
Objective
To efficiently add and remove sales tags using the Add Tag button and Quick Action buttons in sales orders for tracking different events.
Key Steps
Apply the desired sales tags to the quote or sales order before using the Add Tag button.
Save the order to attach the tags.
Use the Add Tag quick action button on a specific line to add the tags from the top of the list.
Choose to add one or both tags as needed.
Remember that tags are used for tracking various events like private sales, holidays, or special promotions.
Click "Done" after adding tags to a line.
If the item turns red, click the save button to confirm the changes.
To remove tags, click on the tag, eliminate it, click "Done," and then save the changes.
