Adding an Alternate Sales Associate

The alternate sales associate button allows you to assign more than one sales associate to the sale of an item.

  1. Click the Menu icon

  2. Expand the Point of Sale menu

  3. Select Quotes or Orders

  4. Select the customer by clicking the Bill To Customer icon

  5. Search for and select the customer

  6. Add items by clicking the Add Items button. Select the product(s), click Done

  7. Click the alternate sales associate icon (person)

Note: If no alternate sales associate has been selected the alternate sales associate icon will appear black

8.Select the sales associate that will be included on the item

9. Deselect Item or Extended Service Contract if unnecessary

10. Enter the commission percentage in the Commission Percentage field

11. Click Save

12. Once saved, the alternate sales associate icon will appear green

13. To remove an alternate sales associate, click the remove button

14. If an alternate sales associate has been removed without saving, the alternate sales associate icon will appear red
