When viewing completed service requests in the service request grid, notes can be added even after the request is completed.
Click Menu at the top of the screen
2. Click Point of Sales. Click Service Request
3. Click the Service Request Reports tab
4. Click the Customer Note icon (black paper) under the Action column
5. Enter a subject and note in the Subject and Notes fields. Click Save
6. To view customer notes, click the Service Request order number or the View icon (eyeball) attached to the service request
7. Hover the cursor over the notes icon (green paper) to view customer notes
