How to Start a Quote, Sales Order, or Service Ticket from Conversations

  • Purpose: To explain how to start a quote, sales order, service ticket, or lead from within conversations.

2. Accessing Conversations 0:19

  • You can start a lead, quote, sales order, or service ticket directly from the conversations window.

  • Options to access:

    • Conversations window from the menu.

    • Quick pop-up on the main screen.

3. Starting a Quote from Conversations 0:45

  • Open the conversations window.

  • Identify the customer request (e.g., a quote request).

  • Click on the three dots at the bottom of the conversation.

  • The icons available after clicking the three dots:

    • First icon: Send a canned message (to be covered in a later video).

    • Second icon: Start a lead, quote, sales order, or service ticket.

    • Third icon: Send an attachment from your desktop.
