Updated over 3 weeks ago

In the following video, we discuss the Order Report quick action buttons. The quick action buttons allow you to view an order, follow up with a customer, send for payment, take a payment, create a customer note and create a to-do. We explore how to use this functionality when working with a sales order.

  1. View Order Icon (Eyeball): Click on the eyeball icon to open the order and view it.

  2. Follow-Up Action Button: Use this button to follow up with the customer about the order by sending a message.

  3. Send to Customer for Payment (Paper Airplane): Send a payment link to the customer for them to make a payment for their order.

  4. Take Payment (Dollar Sign): Use this button to take a payment either over the phone or in-store without reopening the order.

  5. Customer Note (Black Triangle): Enter a note about the customer that won't print but can be found in customer inquiry.

  6. To-Do Action Button (Checkbox): Create a to-do for yourself or staff to follow up on the order.
