Key Steps

1. Open the Stock tab in Ecom Settings 0:00

  • Navigate to E-commerce in the settings area.

  • Open the Stock tab.

  • Confirm you are in the correct settings section before making changes.

2. Locate the locked products display setting 0:06

  • Scroll to the middle of the Stock tab page.

  • Find the setting labeled Show locked products regardless of stock.

  • Review the setting to understand that it controls whether locked custom products remain visible when out of stock.

3. Enable the setting and save changes 0:22

  • Change the setting to Yes by checking the appropriate option.

  • Click Save Stock to apply the update.

  • Verify the setting is saved successfully before leaving the page.
