Upload Location Min/Max by Brand

In this video, we walk you through the process of uploading your minimums and maximums by brand using a template. This new feature will save you time as you won't have to open each model individually. To get started, go to Inventory Settings and click on the Min Maxes by Brand tab. From there, download the template, fill in the model number, location, and your desired minimums and maximums. Once your template is saved, return to the inventory settings to complete the upload.

Uploading Minimums and Maximums by Brand

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to upload minimums and maximums for inventory items by brand using a template, streamlining the process for team members.

Key Steps

Step 1: Access Inventory Settings 0:13

  • Navigate to the Inventory section.

  • Click on Inventory Settings.

Step 2: Select Min Maxes by Brand 0:23

  • In the Inventory Settings, click on the Min Maxes by Brand tab.

Step 3: Download the Template 0:30

  • Click the Upload by Model button.

  • Select the option to download template.

Step 4: Fill Out the Template 0:33

  • Open the downloaded template.

  • Enter the following details for each model:

    • Model number

    • Location

    • Minimums

    • Maximums

  • Save the completed template.

Step 5: Upload the Completed Template 0:40

  • Return to Inventory Settings.

  • Click on Min Maxes by Brand and then Upload by Model.

Step 6: Choose and Upload the File 0:50

  • Click Choose File.

  • Locate and select your saved min max template.

  • Click Open and then Upload.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that all model numbers and locations are correctly entered in the template to avoid errors during upload.

  • Double-check minimum and maximum values for accuracy before saving the template.

Tips for Efficiency

  • Use consistent naming conventions for model numbers to simplify the upload process.

  • Regularly update the template to reflect any changes in inventory or brand specifications.
