Batch Invoice Export Includes Delivery Schedule Times

In this video, I walk you through the new feature that allows you to view scheduled delivery times on your batch invoice export. You can now easily export your batch invoices directly from the Batch Invoice screen by clicking the export button next to the batch print button. The exported report will include two new columns for ETA From and ETA To, which will help you better plan logistics and provide accurate delivery windows.

Batch Invoice Export Procedure

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to export batch invoices and view scheduled delivery times for better alignment of deliveries.

Key Steps

Step 1: Access Batch Invoice Screen 0:11

  • Navigate to the Point of Sale section.

  • Click on 'Batch Invoice' to access the Batch Invoice screen.

Step 2: Export Batch Invoices 0:19

  • Locate the 'Export' button next to the 'Batch Print' button.

  • Click on the 'Export' button to initiate the export process.

Step 3: Review Exported Report 0:28

  • Open the exported report.

  • Check for the new columns labeled 'ETA From' and 'ETA To' which indicate scheduled delivery times.

Step 4: Alternative Export Method 0:36

  • Alternatively, you can access the export feature directly from the scheduler.

  • Click on the 'Print' export button and then select 'Export'.

Step 5: Utilize Scheduled Delivery Times 0:43

  • Use the scheduled delivery times from your export to provide better delivery windows.

  • Align your scheduled deliveries based on the information from the export.
