Scheduling Delivery and Installation Orders
Objective
This SOP outlines the steps to schedule an order for delivery and a separate installation, ensuring clarity and efficiency in the process.
Key Steps
Step 1: Schedule Delivery 0:00
Log into the order management system.
Ensure the order is fully allocated and paid with no balance.
Use the bulk edit feature to select all items on the order.
Set the delivery date by selecting an available date and truck.
Step 2: Set Delivery Time 1:31
Choose the time period for delivery (if applicable).
Click 'Schedule' to confirm the delivery time.

Click 'Apply' and then 'Save' to finalize the delivery schedule.
Step 4: Create Work Order for Installation 2:06
Navigate to the 'Linked Work Orders' field at the top of the screen.
Click 'Plus New Work Order' to create a new work order for installation.

Select all products to be installed.
