In this video, we're excited to share that you can now include a Locations column on both the Open Orders and Quote Reports by enabling the Location setting. This feature will help you easily identify where each quote or order originated from. To enable the Locations column, simply go to the Settings icon, check the Location option, and click Save. Additionally, you can edit the short name for each location in your point of sale settings under the locations tab.
Enabling and Editing Location Column in Open Orders and Quote Report

Key Steps
Step 1: Enable the Location Column 0:00
Navigate to the Open Orders or Quote Report.
Click on the Settings icon.
Select the Location option.
Click Save to enable the Location column.
Step 2: Understand the Source of Location Data 0:25
The Location data is pulled from your Point of Sale settings.
It is specifically sourced from the Locations tab.
Step 3: Edit the Short Name for Locations 0:34
Go to Point of Sale settings.
Click on the Locations tab.
Select the store you wish to edit.
Click the Edit button under the Action column.
Modify the short name as desired.
Click Save to apply changes.
