  1. Log in to RPS Point of Sale.

  2. Click on the menu button, navigate to the Point of Sale menu, expand it, and select "Quote."

  3. Select the location for the quote.

  4. Assign a customer to the quote by searching for their information (name, phone number, address, email).

  5. Optionally, adjust the ship to information if different from the bill to address.

  6. Save the quote with the location and customer information.

  7. Optionally, add additional details to the quote in the Quote Information panel, including warehouse notes, delivery notes, and general notes.

  8. Save the quote.
