Track Status Description Changes in Service Request History

In this video, we explain how to view the service request history, which now includes details on who changed the status, when it was changed, and what it was changed to. This feature is designed to help us stay aligned, reduce confusion, and maintain a clear audit trail for better service management and follow-up. To access this information, simply pull up a service request and click the history icon in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

Key Steps

Step 1: Access the Service Request 0:14

  • Pull up the specific service request you want to review.

  • Ensure you have the correct service request ID or details to avoid confusion.

Step 2: Click on the History Icon 0:14

  • Locate the history icon in the upper left-hand corner of the screen.

  • Click on this icon to access the history of the service request.

Step 3: Review the History Details 0:28

  • Examine the displayed history for the service request.

  • Note the changes in status, who made the changes, and when they were made.
