To set up pricing for your product’s tags, click on the ‘Price Tags & Pricing’ tab. Depending on which tags you are trying to set pricing for, click either paper, digital, e-commerce (each have the same steps for setup).
Next you will be taken to a list of products you have set up for the corresponding tags.
NOTE: The number at the bottom-right of the grid is the number you are editing when you click Bulk Price Change. When you add filters, etc. this number will get smaller and smaller based on filters.
If you wish you change the prices in bulk, you can quickly change the pricing for all products in the grid by clicking the red ‘Bulk Pricing Change’ on the top-right of the screen.
You can also use the advanced filters or model search to refine your list of products and change the pricing rules for only a few products at a time. For example, adding GE to the manufacturer filters will let you edit the price for all GE products set up with price tags.
Once you click the Bulk Pricing Change button, a window will pop up with a drop-down menu of all the price rules you have set up.
Selecting a price rule from the dropdown will give you a preview of how many products this is applying to along with some more details about the change. Hit the blue ‘Apply’ button at the bottom to apply this rule.
From here, there is also a ‘Create’ button at the bottom that lets you create a new rule, you can Edit an existing rule once selected from the drop-down, or you can delete the price rule.
Once you apply the rule change, you will need to let the system load the change, once the load is complete, you should see the pricing change.
