Selecting a Personal Net Availability Calculation

Updated over 3 weeks ago

The color of net availability on a sales order will change depending on your personal net availability calculation setting. Product data availability will also change depending on the chosen calculation.

NOTE: Net available order line coloring is a personal setting and inventory results may differ from user to user depending on what has been selected.

Net Availability Calculation Examples:

Using OHO - Product is in stock as only on-hand (OHO) stock is being calculated

Using OHA - Product has insufficient stock as there are more allocated items than on-hand items

  • 51 on-hand - 97 allocated = -46 net available

Using OHAO - Product has insufficient stock as there are more allocated than on-hand and on-order items

  • 51 on-hand - 97 allocated + 36 on-order = -10 net available
