Running a Commissions Report

A commission report will show your top commissioned salespeople, total commission owed, a commission breakdown and a sales and commission breakdown by salesperson.

  1. Click Menu at the top of the screen

2. Click Point of Sale. Click Reports

3. Click the Commissions tab

4. Select the compensation plan from the Compensation Plan drop down

5. Select a date range by clicking the date range field. Select a date range from the list or create a custom date range. Click Apply

NOTE: To create a custom date range, click the first date of the range, hold down the shift key on your keyboard, then select the last day of the date range.

Top Commission Sales People:

The top commissioned salespeople will be ranked by commission totals, including sales of extended service contracts. To view commission values, hover the cursor over the bar of the graph.

NOTE: Commissions for extended service contracts are colored blue on the commission report.

Commission Breakdown:

The Commission Breakdown classifies commissions by commissions, bonuses, special items (ESC) and holds. Hover the cursor over the pie chart to view values.

Commission Detail by Salesperson:

To view commission detail by salesperson, click the salesperson line. Commission detail gives total commissions, total bonuses, total special items and total to pay by salesperson. You also have the ability to open and view orders associated with the commission.

Paying Commissions from the Commission Report:

To pay out commissions, select Pay All attached to the commission line under the Action column.

Click Save
