Key Steps
Accessing the InBound Manifest
Navigate to the menu, select Purchase Orders, and then click on InBound Manifest.
Locate the manifest corresponding to the drop shipped items.
Receiving Products
Prioritize receiving products that arrived at your warehouse first before those that were drop shipped.
Click on the "Receive" button at the end of the line for drop shipped items.
Check off the items you want to receive by ticking the white checkboxes.
Select the warehouse location as the delivery service for drop shipped products.
Uploading Images and Documents
Request the drop ship delivery company to take pictures of model and serial numbers.
Have them upload the pictures to their tracking system or send them directly to you.
Upload these pictures to the customer sales order using the "View Asset" option.
