SOP: Forecasting Button in Quick Actions
Objective
To utilize the Forecasting button in the Quick Actions section to gather information about a specific model number's purchase history, sales history, and rate of sale.
Key Steps
Click on the Forecasting button in the Quick Actions section.
A window will open with three tabs: purchase history, sales history, and rate of sale.
In the purchase history tab, review how frequently the item is ordered and when it has been purchased.
In the sales history tab, analyze how many items have been delivered to customers and the timeframe of delivery.
In the rate of sale tab, view a graph showing the number of items sold and the time of year they were sold.
Filter data by locations, customer type, and invoice type for more specific insights.

Ensure that the data is regularly updated to reflect accurate information.
