The following video explores the steps in printing paper price tags. The video discusses printing individual items and bulk printing.
There are two ways to print paper price tags:
Individual printing – for a single item.
Bulk printing – for multiple items at once.
You can also print rebate information and stock numbers using similar steps.
1. Printing an Individual Price Tag
Select the item you want to print a tag for.
Click Print in the left-hand column.
This opens your available price tag templates.
Scroll through and select the template you'd like to use.
Click Choose.
This opens a PDF containing the price tag for that item, which you can then print.
2. Bulk Printing Price Tags
Apply filters to narrow down the items you want to print tags for.
Click Print Tags.
Scroll through the available templates and select one, just as with individual printing.
Optional Header and Border Customization
Some templates include an optional header and customizable border color, which are useful for:
Adding a label such as "Sale" to the header.
Matching the border color to your store's branding (for example, green).
After making your selections:
Click Choose.
This opens a PDF containing all the price tags with your selected header text and border color applied.
Print the PDF as needed.
3. Printing Rebates
With your items selected, click Print Rebates.
This opens a PDF with information cards for each rebate, including:
Start date
End date
Rebate value
4. Printing Stock Numbers
Click Print Stock.
This opens a PDF showing stock numbers for the selected items.
The top right of the printout includes the date the tags were printed, so you can tell how current or outdated the stock information is.
Tip: If you've customized colors (e.g., green) for price tags, remember to switch back to a standard color like black for stock number printouts, since bright colors may not display clearly on this type of printout.
