Sometimes you may want to assign a lead directly to a salesperson. For this to occur, user settings must be configured to allow assignment.
Click Menu at the top of the screen
2. Select Users to expand the menu
3. Select the Point of Sale Profiles tab
4. Under the Actions column, click Permissions assigned to the role that you are enabling
5. Under Leads, check Swap Salesperson. Click Save
Swapping Salespeople on a Lead:
Open a new or existing lead
Click the pencil icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen
Select the salesperson from the drop down
Click Save
