In this video, we explain the new feature on the customer tab that allows filtering for no sales ups. We demonstrate how to identify and handle leads or quotes that didn't convert to orders, marking them as complete with reasons for no sale.

Managing No Sale Ups in Scoreboard Customer Tab

Key Steps:

  1. Access the Scoreboard Customer Tab.

  2. Look for ups that were not converted to orders.

  3. Complete the ups that were not converted and select the reason for no sale.

  4. Filter for no sale ups to view them in one place.

  5. Review notes and investigate why these leads or quotes weren't converted to orders.

Cautionary Notes:

  • Make sure to accurately select the reason for no sale when completing an up.

  • Double-check the status of the up before marking it as complete to ensure accuracy.
