Click the Menu icon
Expand the Inventory menu
Click the Serial Inventory menu option
4. On the Inventory screen, choose filters to narrow down what you are looking for - options include:
Brand
Product Group
Category
Type
Location
Warehouse Location
5. Click the Advanced Filters button for additional filter options - the filters defaults to Open items so If you aren't sure where the piece is, you can try unselecting the Open filter to view all the options
You can filter by Location types, Inventory Tags, Serial Status, Received Date or Sold Date. You can also use the Sales # to view all serial items sold to a particular order. You can also filter by age of item if it's still in stock.
You can also search for a specific model, inventory ID or manufacturer serial by type into the search box. If you leave the option as All, it will search all fields for the text you put in the search box.
The items in the grid will be color coded by this key so you can quickly see if the item is available for sale. You can also click on these filters to view only Non-Sellable, Not Allocated or Allocated.
Once you locate the serial item, you can click the arrow to the left and expand it to see all the information on that particular piece.
