How to Start a Conversation in Home Source Systems

2. Starting a Conversation from the Menu 0:10

  • Navigate to the menu.

  • Select 'Conversations'.

  • Click on the 'Start Conversations' icon.

  • This will display all existing conversations.

  • After clicking the 'Start Conversations' icon:

    • You will see your customer list.

    • Options include:

      • Billing customers

      • Shipping customers

      • Starting a new customer.

  • Enter a name in the search list to find a customer.

  • Select the desired customer from the list.
