How to Start a Conversation in Home Source Systems

Purpose: To demonstrate how to start a conversation in the system.
2. Starting a Conversation from the Menu 0:10
Navigate to the menu.
Select 'Conversations'.
Click on the 'Start Conversations' icon.
This will display all existing conversations.
3. Accessing Customer List 0:38
After clicking the 'Start Conversations' icon:
You will see your customer list.
Options include:
Billing customers
Shipping customers
Starting a new customer.
4. Searching for a Customer 1:01
Enter a name in the search list to find a customer.
Select the desired customer from the list.
5. Starting a Conversation from the Quick Pop-Up Screen 1:30
Click on the quick pop-up screen.
Go to the 'Conversation' tab to view ongoing conversations.
6. Initiating a New Conversation 1:42
Click on the 'Start Conversation' icon in the quick pop-up screen.
Follow the same process as in the menu:
Choose billing, shipping, or start a new customer.
Search for the customer's name.
7. Finalizing the Conversation 2:09
Select the customer name to add it to the top of the list.
Begin typing your message to start the conversation.
