In this video, we walk you through how to share product information directly with customers from products on your e-commerce platform. We demonstrate the steps to add a product link to a conversation and how to create a new order for the customer.

Procedure for Sending Product Links to Customers

Objective

This SOP outlines the steps to send a direct product link from the e-commerce website to a customer while adding the product to a new sale.

Key Steps

Step 1: Access Product Page 0:10

  • Click on the model number of the product to access the product page.

  • Ensure you are on the correct product page before proceeding.

Step 2: Open Quick Action Pop-Up 0:10

  • From the product page, locate and click on the quick action pop-up.

Step 3: Select Conversations 0:20

  • Click on the 'Conversations' option in the quick action pop-up.

Step 4: Choose Customer 0:20

  • Select the customer you want to send the product information to from the list.

Step 5: Access Options Icon 0:20

  • Click on the options icon next to the customer's name.

Step 6: Add Product Link 0:37

  • Click on the information icon to add the product link to the conversation.

Cautionary Notes

  • Ensure that the customer selected is the correct one to avoid sending the wrong product information.

  • Double-check the product link before sending to ensure accuracy.
