How to add Related Items

  1. Setup the Criteria for the Related Items (if not already present in your system

    1. Click the Menu icon

    2. Select the Inventory menu option

    3. Select Related Items

    4. Click the + Add Criteria button in the upper left of the screen

    1. Enter the Criteria for the Related Items

    Brand

    • All Brands

    • Unbranded

    • A Specific Brand

    Criteria

    • Product Group

    • Category

    • Inventory Tag

    • Brand Only

    Check Boxes (optional)

    • Required

    • Related Item for Orders

    • Related Item for Purchase Orders

  2. Click the arrow to expand the Related Items section and start adding items - note: one click will add the item

  3. Click the + Item button to add items with specific models - for example:

    1. Dryer typically purchased with a Washer of the same brand

    2. Laundry Pedestals compatible with a specific Brand or Model of Washer

    3. Hoods recommended to pair with a Range

    4. Filters or Other Parts

  4. Click + Misc. Item button - for example:

    1. Power Cords, Hoses,

    2. Installation Labor

    3. Delivery or Removal Charges

Here is an example of items added to Criteria for Category: Refrigeration for All Brands:

5. To remove an item, click the X Delete button to the right of the item.
